DE15 and DE40 Epoxy Primer-Surfacers are two part epoxy primers for use as precoats under DP20, DP21, and NP80 Primers or as primer-surfacers. DE15 and DE40 Epoxy Primer-Surfacers offer excellent adhesion and corrosion protection when used over steel, aluminum, zinc coated or galvanized metals. DE15 and DE40 Primers can be applied over cured, cleaned and sanded paint finishes (except acrylic lacquers). DE15 and DE40 Epoxy Primer-Surfacers must be activated with PA16 Epoxy Primer Activator.
