DE17 Diamont Etching Primer is a two part, chromate- free, universal pretreatment primer for use under DP20 Diamont Prime, or DP21 Color-It Primer . DE17 offers excellent adhesion and corrosion protection when used as a pretreatment primer over steel, aluminum, zinc or galvanized metals. DE17 must be mixed with DA18 Diamont Etching Activatior and UR Reducers before use.
